Bont was approached to integrate an existing indoor swimming pool into the living spaces of this large residential unit in Hyde Park Gate.
The original layout is compartmentalised in individual rooms, connected by corridors and hallways, not providing many opportunities to communicate between spaces.
Our approach opens up and connects the arrival, resting and socialising spaces, to create a place to live together rather than disconnected and separated. Focussing on the garden spaces have been opened up to provide direct views and connections to the lush greenery provided.
